Canadian rapper, Tory Lanez has spoken out since his court sentence. Recall that he bagged 10yrs imprisonment for shooting US artiste Megan Thee Stallion.
He was handed the jail term by a Los Angeles judge after hearing how the Canadian rapper had ordered the hip-hop star to “Dance, bitch” as he shot at her several times while she stood on the road.
His sentencing followed the conviction in December for assault with a semiautomatic firearm, discharging a firearm with gross negligence, and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
However, ever since the sentencing, he has not spoken until yesterday August 11th, 2023 when he reacted via his verified Instagram page. Tory Lanez addressed his fans that he refused to be intimidated by the difficult time he is going through at the moment.
He added that he was convicted wrongfully and will never apologize for what he did not do. The rapper further thanks his fans, family, and the Umbrellas for their support stating that he will be back soon.
