Habeeb Okikiola, a Nigerian singer known for his controversial persona and stage name Portable, has ignited a flurry of reactions online due to a recently surfaced video featuring him.
In the viral video, Portable fearlessly takes a stance against singer Adekunle Gold. The reason behind this call-out is Adekunle Gold's approach to Portable for a video challenge related to his popular track, "Ogaranya."
During this call-out, Portable simultaneously grants permission to his signee, Young Duu, to contribute his verse to a challenge proposed by singer Berri Tiga.
Portable's dissatisfaction with Adekunle Gold's request is evident as he throws subtle shade at the singer for reaching out to him to participate in the "Ogaranya" video.
In a candid statement, he remarks that Adekunle Gold is already an established artist and could have been more supportive by offering a collaboration opportunity instead of suggesting his involvement in the viral song challenge.
Furthermore, Portable emphasizes his need for assistance as a solo artist, effectively undermining Adekunle Gold's request and implying that mere participation in the challenge wouldn't suffice he said “Challenge ko, futuring (featuring) ni.”
