Cash Out: Daniel Regha, Motara, Taaooma & others get X payout from billionaire Elon Musk

Well, they said hard work pays, however, this news says otherwise - it says content pays. Cheery news from Twitter users has it that popular world billionaire cum Twitter’s chief executive, Elon Musk, has paid content creators on the X app.

Elon Musk announced in February 2023, the new change in Twitter as he asked users to pay for a verified account, Twitter Blue. According to him, the verified subscribers will earn thousands of dollars in advertising revenue sharing.

He added then terms and conditions governing the payout. Elon musk says content creators will get up to 92% of their earnings from content subscriptions on Twitter.

However, Top Nigerian influencers have been celebrating as they received their payout for the month of July. Content creator and comedian, Taaooma took the microblogging platform as she received N15 million ($20,000).

Other influencers like Motara Akanni and her husband, Alabi Lawrence, the Nigerian superstar fan base, Wizkid gallery, the popular Asiwaju Lerry, Photo Nugget, and the controversial influencer, Daniel Regha, amongst others received their incentives.
