Muslim Community Jubilates as Davido deletes offensive video

The Muslim community of Nigeria went after Davido online like a pack of wild dogs chasing prey after the video of his signee hit social media as shared by him on his official Twitter handle. However, after much pressure and backlash, the singer finally bowed and deleted the perceived offensive video.

Nollywood Times reported that Davido was heavily attacked online for tweeting the video of his signee, Logos Olori’s new track, “Jaye Lo,” on his Twitter account on Saturday.

He was therefore given a 24-hour deadline to remove the tweet by a number of Muslims.

Nollywood Times verified this by checking on the singer's Twitter handle to discover that the video was no longer available there. In place of the video, Davido retweeted the picture of his new signee Logos Olori with a link to the song.
