2023 WWC: Oshoala's father unhappy with her shirt-off celebration in victory against Australia [Video]

The much talk about Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala, still is making headlines. The father of the football star is not happy with her choice of celebration after scoring against Australia at the ongoing 2023 Women’s World Cup.

Recall that Oshoala pulled off her jersey and ran to the side of the pitch to celebrate after making it 3-1.

The Barcelona star’s action became the subject of debate among football fans on social media especially the fact that she is a Muslim.

Oshoala has now revealed how her father reacted to the celebration.

She wrote on Instagram: “My dad is definitely not happy with my choice of celebration but then again, life is a collection of MOMENTS.”
