On Father's Day, Davido grieves for his deceased son Ifeanyi.

Davido is commemorating his first Father's Day without his son, who passed away. The singer is mourning the loss of Ifeanyi on this special day.

Davido is observing his first Father's Day after the loss of his firstborn, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
 

Davido recently revealed in an interview with Omega that he still sheds tears whenever he thinks about the passing of his son.

The Singer said, “I miss him every day, there are tears coming out of my eyes every morning, you don’t have to see it.

“I look at myself in the mirror and I said apart from it just being about me, I know how many people love me, I know how many people are depending on me.

“My son up there is looking down at me. Apart from me being strong for his mom, which is my primary responsibility, I have to be strong for the world.”

The little boy met a tragic end following a drowning incident at the singer's Banana Island residence in October 2022. While his parents were away in Ibadan, he reportedly fell into a pool.

 

He was immediately taken to a hospital in Lekki, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. 

Ifeanyi was just three years old when he passed away.
