Davido the self-acclaimed Godfather, is proving to be recently barely a few hours after making the pronouncement. The video of a man trending, a strong admirer of the Afrobeat star expresses determination to attend his Timeless concert despite undergoing medical surgery.
The man who goes by the name Samuel Otigba on Twitter, took to the platform to emphasize the need to break away from the hospital and attend Davido’s show.
“I’ve begged this woman to let me go for Davido’s timeless concert today after my surgery yesterday. Of course you know the answer ðŸ˜. I requested for this song while anaesthesia was still kicking my ass after the successful surgery. I love this song. 😂ðŸ˜,” the fan wrote.

Hours after the post, Davido, the Godfather expressed concern for the fan while encouraging him to rest other than trying to expend energy to attend the Timeless concert.

The singer’s concert is set to take place on Sunday, April 23, at the Tafawa Balewa Square, in Lagos State.
