More reactions have trailed the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards, AMVCA's nominations; there are many movies that got several nominations. One such movie is 'Battle on Buka Street which bagged ten nominations, a movie by Nollywood actress Funke Akindele.
Akindele shared the news in a post on her Instagram page, disclosing that the movie received ten nominations while her other project, ‘Ammie Siblings and I’ got one nomination.
The actress-cum-politician congratulated her cast and crew, saying that the nominations were a collective effort.
Expressing her gratitude for the recognition from AMVCA, the actress thanked the organizers for the nominations and appreciated her fans for their unwavering support towards her success.
The actress expressed her confidence in bringing home the awards. She urged her fans to vote for her movies.
She wrote: ”Wow, 10 nominations for @battleonbukastreet and 1 nomination for @ammysiblingsandi. I’m overwhelmed. Ese o, Thank you so much #AMVCA @africamagic, for the recognition.
