Early Monday morning, the 95th Academy awards went down and the show saw first-time winners and history made.
 
At this year’s event, while superstar Michelle Yeoh made history as the first Asian woman ever to win Best Actress, Ruth Carter penned her name in the annals of history as the first Black woman to win two Oscars.
 
‘Everything Everywhere All At Once” were the talk of the event, clutching home most of the awards – a whopping seven wins of the 11 categories it was nominated in.
