Tems drop-down gorgeous outfit made headlines, loses award to Naatu Naatu

Naija girl, Tems nominated for Best Original song for her collaborative work in Rihanna’s hit single ‘Life Me Up’ stunned the Champagne carpet at 95th Academy Awards in an incredible outfit by Lever Couture in what was meant to be a history making moment for the 27 year old star.

 

However, Tems lost the Oscar nomination for best original song to Naatu Naatu from the film RRR which made history by becoming the first Indian film song to win an Oscar.

Wike called Peter Obi hero of the February 25th presidential election

 

Over the weekend, during an interactive session with some trade associations in Port Harcourt, Governor Nyesom Wike of of Rivers State referred to Peter Obi of Labour Party as the hero of the February 25th presidential election. However, the claim has been criticised by netizen as medicine after death. Many called him an hypocrite who worked against Labour Party in his state.

Wike mocked Atiku and PDP for protesting the election result

A viral video shows the Rivers State governor mocking the presidential candidate of the peoples democratic party, Atiku Abubakar and the aggrieved members of the PDP went viral. In the video Wike said, while they were protesting he and his friends were having a nice time drinking 40 year-old whiskey, and watching them on television.
