2023 Presidential Election Result: Peter Obi, LP sue INEC, Tinubu and APC

As anticipated, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party Peter Obi has sued the Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC) and Bola Tinubu. Since INEC’s declaration in favor of the presidential candidate for All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, there have been different reactions from different people.

Many Nigerans have taken to social media to call out INEC over their alleged rigging of the elections. Others have refused to accept Bola Tinubu as their president.

Peter Obi during a press conference yesterday emphasized that the Labour Party won the 2023 general elections; hence will be taking legal action.

A few hours ago, a court of summons was leaked online where Peter Obi and his Labour Party have sued INEC, the APC, and Bola Tinubu.
