Nigerian singer Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy has reacted angrily over the arrest of Simon Ekpa, a self-acclaimed disciple of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
Ekpa who declared that there would be no election in the South-East was reportedly arrested by the Finland authority on Thursday.
The secessionist had been accused of sponsoring attacks in the region through the enforcement of his sit-at-home order.
Reacting to the reported arrest, Charlyboy, a socio-political activist took to his official Twitter handle to mock the separatist, saying he will burn in hell.
He wrote: “Can someone confirm for me that dis nwabanshi of a man has been finally arrested? The saboteur in Igboland causing mayhem and sponsoring terrorists.
“For all the youths you have led to their untimely death, may [you] burn in Hell.”
