The much-talked friendly clash between Cristiano Ronaldo’s new club and Lionel Messi’s PSG on Thursday. It was a great game that produced 9 goals. Ronaldo sent a message to Messi after the Paris Saint-Germain and Saudi Arabia’s All-stars’ friendly game.

CR7 posted a photograph of himself embracing Lionel Messi with a message to “old friends.”

Saudi Arabia All-Stars was made up of Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal players. And both Messi and Ronaldo scored in the 9-goal thriller.

The match ended 5-4, and Messi came out on top in an end-to-end, entertaining game. Ronaldo scored two late first-half goals after Messi opened the scoring in the third minute.

After the game, the 37-year-old tweeted: “So happy to be back on the pitch, and on the score sheet!! And nice to see some old friends!”

The friendly was Ronaldo’s debut in Saudi football since signing for Al-Nassr.
