Marriage Counselor: Uche Ogbodo advises single mothers and spinsters

Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo, on Saturday, encouraged spinsters and single mothers not to give up on marriage. Her advice came two days after the actress got married to her lover and father of her child, Bobby Maris. Nollywood Times reported that the traditional wedding ceremony took place on a low key in the actress’ hometown.

She took to Instagram to advise the ladies, sharing a picture of herself and her husband, then advised single ladies to wait for God’s time in marriage. She further told single mothers that their husbands would locate them at the right time.

The actress, who calls herself the goddess, advised the ladies to be themselves and be free-spirited.

Ogbodo also asked single ladies to pray and forgive those who hurt them.

She wrote, “Morning motivation for my single ladies and single mothers gang who have given up hope, God’s time is the best.

“The right person is out there. He will find you when you ain’t even searching.

“Just be yourself, work hard on yourself, and leave your heart open. Forgive who hurt you. Always pray, and believe you will be okay.”

In 2014, the actress had her first daughter, Mildred, with her ex-husband, Ato Ubby.

The actress welcomed her second child, Lumina, with Bobby Maris in June 2021.
