Drama as Alex Ekubo unfollowed Fancy Acholonu on Instagram; Fancy claims Alex made her post the public apology

Fancy Acholonu’s public apology to Alex Ekubo has taken a twist as the Nigerian-born American model has revealed that the actor manipulated her into doing it.

Recall that Acholonu shared the apology post via Instagram on Thursday, December 29, 2022, while Alex days later commented by appreciating her for the public apology.

After being dragged over the public apology, Fancy has come out to say Alex Ekubo made her issue the public apology and fell for the trap. She added that her eyes are now opened.

This came after she shared her first post for the year. According to her, she is now free and no longer under anyone’s control. 

She wrote;

“Happy New Year everyone 2023 will be my year of strength, being fearless, speaking up for myself & FINALLY no longer under anyone’s control. I’m free, the chain is broken. May God bless us all.”

However, after the post, in the comment section, an exchange ensued with her followers shortly that blew the lid off things. Acholonu revealed that she never wanted her private life in the public space. She added that she was manipulated into issuing the apology and fell for it.

The model, who also said her eyes are now open, further disclosed that people are “attacking’ her without knowing why she called off their engagement.

Unfortunately, since the apology post went viral, Alex has unfollowed Fancy on Instagram.
