As we look forward to the international friendly clash between the Super Eagles and Portugal, it might interest you to know that 20 players are already in the Eagles camp journey bound to Lisbon now in Super Eagles’ camp in Lisbon. The encounter will take place in Lisbon on Thursday.
On Monday night, goalkeepers Adebayo Adeleye, Maduka Okoye, Wilfred Ndidi, and Moses Simon joined their teammates in the camp. However, others like to join them on Tuesday include Francis Uzoho, Cyriel Dessers, and Samuel Chukwueze.
On Monday night, the team had their first training session. Sixteen players participated in the exercise under the supervision of a head coach, Jose Peseiro.
The 20 Players already in camp are as follows:
Adeleye, Ekong, Ndidi, Iwobi, Onyemaechi, Akpoguma, Etebo, Duru, Dennis, Onuachu, Lookman, Bassey, Aribo, Ebuehi, Onyeka, Moffi, Awaziem, Bright, Simon, Okoye. Expected: Uzoho, Dessers, Chukwueze
