Coming off the stable of YBNL is “Mr Money with the Vibe,” a new album of Nigerian fast-rising singer and songwriter Ahmed Ololade Asake or Asake or Mr Money. The album is his debut album.
Asake took to his social media account on the 8th of September to reveal to fans the release of his new album, “Mr Money with the Vibe.”
The 12track album features two artistes, an American artiste, Russ; and popular afro-fusion artiste, Burna Boy, from their earlier released track “Sungba”
The YBNL signee became prominent when his single, Mr Money, went viral. Olamide later remixed the song, the Badoo crooner.
Later in February 2022, Olamide signed him under the YBNL record label and also signed by Empire Distribution in July 2022.
On the 2nd of February, Asake released his debut EP called “Ololade Asake,” an EP that topped the music chart, ahead of several music stars like Burna Boy, Davido, and Wizkid. Among other songs, he had dropped singles featuring his colleague in the YBNL record label, Fireboy DML, a track called “Bandana,” “Palazzo” with DJ Spinall, “Terminator,” and “PBUY,” all songs which have been massive hits.
In August, Asake disclosed pictures of his newly attained mansion on his verified Instagram account with the caption, “Went from hustling for free bed space to investing in real estate.”
