American music executive, Sean Combs, profoundly called Diddy, has advised his followers to believe in themselves and never settle for less.
The renowned rapper, singer and record producer made this statement on his official Instagram page while reminiscing on his childhood.
Diddy, in a post, narrated the moment he said no to poverty was when he woke up to 15 cockroaches on his face.
The executive producer of Burna Boy’s Grammy Award-winning album, ‘Twice as Talll’, shared; “One day when I was growing up, I woke up and there was 15 roaches on my face. At that moment I said hell no, I refuse to live like this. Work hard, believe in your crazy dreams… AND NEVER SETTLE!”
Diddy was born in New York City and raised in the suburb of Mount Vernon. He worked as a talent director at Uptown Records before founding his own record label, Bad Boy Records in 1993. Since then, Diddy has been a major force to reckon with in the music industry.
