So because of Wizkid, I shouldn’t get paid? – Singer Davido says as he shuts down Twitter user

Singer Davido recently shut down a social media user that attempted to pit him against Wizkid.

It appears some social media users are determined to continue steering up tension between popular Nigerian singers Wizkid and Davido, even after both individuals have repeatedly maintained that all is well and good between them.

Recently, Davido, who is also an ambassador for mobile phone brand Infinix, took to his official Twitter page to share a post in line with his ambassadorial duties.

However, instead of participating in the cash giveaway, a user on the microblogging platform identified as Tomi Peperempe decided to get on the bad side of the music star.

The lady had suggested that Davido was attempting to sabotage the attention Wizkid is getting, following the release of his unexpected EP.

Responding to the post, Davido shut the lady down by asking if he should not get paid because of Wizkid.
