Convener of Revolution Now, Omoyele Sowore, and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, has been released by the DSS today, December 5, 2019 in Abuja.
According to a tweet by Sahara Reporters, Sowore and journalist Olawale Bakare have been released from detention.
This development came on the hills of a court order of 24-hour ultimatum to the DSS for the release of Sowore and Bakare who have been in detention since August 2, 2019.
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, Sowore’s mother begged President Buhari to release her son.
