JUST IN: Court In Bauchi Sack APC Reps-Elect, INEC Ordered To Give Certificate Of Return To PDP Candidate

The election of Omar Tata of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Zaki Federal Constituency in Bauchi state, election has been nullified by a High Court sitting in Abuja.

The court ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue certificate of return to the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Jatau Muhammad Auwal, who came second in the elections.
