Former aide to Nigeria's ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, on Monday, spoke on the Nigerian justice system, wondering if getting justice was still possible in the country.
Omokri said this while reacting to the rejection of the application by the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its 2019 presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to inspect the server used by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in the last election, Daily Post reports.
The Presidential election petition tribunal had on Monday dismissed the application which was filed by Atiku and the PDP.
Chairman of the panel, Justice Mohammed Garba, had ruled that granting such application at this interlocutory stage would preempt the substantive petition.
