Ahead of his arraignment, Senator Ademola Adeleke, the main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governorship candidate in the last Osun election, arrived the Mpape Magistrate Court, venue of his case.
Adeleke arrived the Mpape Magistrate Court in a white bus in company of police officers and his supporters, Daily Post reports.
Sharing a video of Adeleke’s arrival in court on its official Twitter handle, PDP wrote: “#RescueNigeria, Senator Ademola Adeleke arriving the premises of the Mpape Magistrate Court @UN @USEmbassyAbuja
@UKinNigeria.”
The Nigeria Police Force had last night detained Adeleke, ahead of his arraignment today.
