Seun Kuti has come parents who are in this present political season, busy attending political rallies but have kids who aren't in school.
The music star made this known via his Instagram page on Friday, January 18, 2019. According to him, until we begin to serve our children rather than just raise them, we shall never understand national development.

"Until we are ready to serve our children and not just raise them, we shall never understand national development. How hijab crisis in a secular school can create more outrage than the closure of our university for months is the proof we need to know that we are willing to serve everything else but our children. Learn to serve your children not just raise them! #getthesax," he captioned the post.

Seun Kuti has times without numbers called out the government of the day over the affairs of the country. In 2018, he said it was time to pass a vote of no confidence on the political system.
