The former Minister of Finance under ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo and ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Dr. Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala in her book disclosed what went wrong in the issue of Nigeria not saving during the oil boom.
She made it clear that it was Governors Rotimi Amaechi, Adams Oshiomole, Babatunde Fashola, Godswill Akpabio that said 'Let's share the money'
While the likes of Gov. PETER OBI argued that they should save but wasn't supported, as his voice was drowned out.
