Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, former Kano State Governor, was recently spotted making a joke out of the recent bribery scandal involving the current state governor and former friend, Umar Ganduje.
Governor Ganduje has been under fire over the emergence of videos showing him collecting kickbacks in dollars from a contractor in the state.
Kwankwaso, in a recent interview, reacted to the development in a hilarious manner.
