Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has disclosed that he is not at ‘war’ with Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar of Bauchi State.
The APC Chairman, stated this when the Governor of Bauchi State, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar, visited him in his residence in Abuja late Tuesday.
Ali Mohammed Ali, the governor’s Adviser on Media and Strategy, in a press statement on Wednesday, emailed to DAILY POST, states that Oshiomhole was quoted as saying that his major concern was the victory of the APC at all levels.

My concern is winning the coming elections, especially the presidential. We want to win more states and more legislators. I have faith in you,” said Oshiomhole .
Governor Abubakar on his part, revealed that he was in Oshiomhole’s residence to intimate the Chairman that he was returning his governorship nomination and expression of interest forms at the party’s national secretariat.
He, therefore, sought the support of the APC National Chairman, describing him as a father and a mentor.

Governor Abubakar, was escorted by members of the national and state Assembly, members of the State Executive Council and top party stalwarts.
