According to a Press Release by the State House in Abuja, signed by Mr. Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari; Nigeria will be at the center stage of global attention as President Buhari addresses the International Criminal Court (ICC), Tuesday, July 17, 2018.
The President is on a three days official visit to the Hague for a special session where he will address the world.
