Omokri mocks Buhari, says APC no longer majority in Senate - Over R-APC

Reno Omokri, ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Author and public speaker, has mocked President Muhammadu Buhari over the fictionalisation of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

A new development has emerged in our political terrain as a group within the ruling party, known as the New Peoples Democratic Party, nPDP, pulled out from the APC yesterday to form the Reformed All Progressives Congress, R-APC.

In a Twitter post in reacting to the development, Omokri gave a breakdown of Senate composition, while informing the President that APC was no longer the majority.

Omikri tweeted, “I hope President Buhari and @OfficialAPCNg know that with the factionalisation of the APC into APC and R-APC, APC is no longer the majority in the @NGRSenate. @OfficialPDPNig is now the majority.

“Below is the current composition of the Senate. PDP 39 R-APC 26 APC 24 APGA 2.”
