The Family House Of Dipo Anisulowo Set Ablaze By Thugs Ahead Of Ekiti Election

Ekiti State violence seem to be on the increase ahead of the July 14 Governorship election, as suspected thugs last night set ablaze the family house of Governor Ayo Fayose's Chief of Staff, Dipo Anisulowo.

According to media reports, the suspected thugs were said to have attempted to burn the new Oja Oba market that is under construction but the presence of security men prevented them from doing so.

They set the Chief of Staff's family house on fire when they saw the family name written on it.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) deputy governorship candidate, Kazeem Deji Ogunsakin and Chairman of Ado LG, Clement Bamisile was there today, to commiserate with the family and occupants of the building.

This is coming on the heels of the attack on two supporters of Peoples Democratic Party, Adeleye Gbenga and Dimeji Adeleye who were seriously injured by unknown thugs in Aramoko Ekiti two days ago, and their campaign vehicle was damaged in the process.
