See Why President Buhari Will Not Attend Fayemi's Campaign Rally On Tuesday

The Daily Independent has reported that President Muhammadu Buhari will not attend today’s campaign rally of Kayode Fayemi, the All Progressives Congress (APC), governorship candidate in the Ekiti State 2018 governorship election.

According to a presidency source, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, the Vice-President will lead the delegation to the state.

The source told Daily Independent, that the president is expected to close the campaign and not to open it which means he will only attend the grand finale of the campaign.

“President Buhari will not be at the Ekiti APC rally on Tuesday. But I can confirm that Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo will be in attendance".
