Police IG Idris Unable To Read His Speech In Kano During Commissioning Of FTIU

The Inspector General of Police was in Kano on Monday to commission The Force Technical Intelligence Unit, and the Inspector General of Police was captured in a video now circulating on  the Internet.

The video shows the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris stuttering over and over and was struggling Literally to pronounce a word while delivering his speech at the event in Kano.

According to the Voice of Liberty who reported the story disclosed that it was a serious "Embarrassing Moment"
