Female Lawyer To Sue IKEDC For Disconnecting The Whole Building, Because One Flat Refused Payment

A Nigerian female lawyer residing in Ikeja area of Lagos, and a Twitter user has taken herself and her Constitution and is heading to Court, to get Justice following the disconnection of her apartment by IKEDC officials. 

The lady alleged that the whole house was disconnected because of one flat that has not paid electricity bills at  Ikeja, Lagos.

This guy's came to my house to disconnect 4 flats because 1 flat hasn't paid 14k+. All my entreaties fell on deaf ears they even after telling them to disconnect the erring meter. @IkejaElectric @ieServe Is this the law? Make others pay for the sins of others?

However IKEDC promptly responded by apologizing to the lady and asked her to provide her details, even as Consumer Protection Council is interested in the matter.
