Honourable Adams Jagaba, a member of the House of Representatives who represents Kachia/Kagarko federal Constituency, tpday formally announced has defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The lawmaker from Kaduna State who made this known in a letter read on the floor of the House by the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara, cited injustice and continued suspension from the APC as his reason for defecting to the PDP.
Mr. Jagaba who described the APC as a sinking ship, disclosed that he had decided to dump the APC after the party announced his suspension.
So far the defection of Mr Jagaba in recent times is the only one that had favoured the PDP in the House of Representatives. All others have mostly favoured the APC.Sharing is caring. Share this story
