A Tanzanian Thief Surrenders To Police As Stolen Bag  Gum To His Head'

The story of a Tanzanian thief who reportedly stole a bag from an old woman has gone viral as the bag has gummed to his head and refuses to come down even with the most powerful person puling it down.

The suspect in question having discovered that this might hurt, decided to surrender himself to the Police. 

The thief who was identified as Frank Buhet was reported to have stolen the bag which he took home but couldn't bring it down from his head.

He said, he started walking from one road to another but the load was still hanging on the head.
Reports have it that he even tried laying down on the ground but the load was still unable to remove.

After spending a long time all to no avail, he decided to surrender himself to the police so that he would not be killed by angry people when they eventually notice that he stole the bag.

Even at the police station, the stolen bag was still on his head as he hoped the police would help him locate the old woman to forgive him and help him.
