President Buhari Re-appoints Olusegun Awolowo As NEPC Boss

Mr. Olusegun Awolowo re-appointment as the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council, NEPC, has been approved by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The President communicated this in Abuja on Wednesday through his Media Aide, Mr. Femi Adesina, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity.

Mr Adesina quoted a letter signed by Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation as saying that the re-appointment of Mr Awolowo was for another four years.

Mr Awolowo, is a lawyer and grandson of the late Premier of Western Region, Obafemi Awolowo, was first appointed to the NEPC position in 2013, ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.
