Charly Boy And His Group Protests At INEC Headquarters Over Underage Voting

The convener of "Our Mumu Don Do" and maverick entertainment personality, Charles Oputa, alias Charly Boy, led a protest to the INEC's headquarters in Abuja demanding a total reform of our electoral system and called for end to under-age voting in Northern Nigeria and alleged inefficient Permanent Voter Card (PVC) delivery process. 

 It could be recalled that the just concluded Local government election was characterized by under age voting going by the reports and pictures by eye witnesses from pooling centers.
