Neighbours Pass Judgement To Flog Man Who Beats His Wife Always

In what can be called Community Court, a judgement was passed by neighbours to flog a man who is a wife beater. 

According to a neighbour who wants to remain anonymous, the man's act of beating his wife has become a daily occurance.

"He beats up his wife at slit provocation, that is why we decided to discipline him; to see if this could help and put an end to it, before he kills the woman".

The video and pictures from the whipping went viral recently on Facebook and it is unclear where this incident happened at the time of this report.
