The mother of a new born baby was allegedly rescued alive by residents after being thrown into a gutter in a remote area in Potiskum area of Yobe State.
The baby was promptly cleaned up and is currently being taken care of by some well meaning citizens.
The mother of the baby is yet to be identified at the time of this report.
Wonders shall never end. This is cruelty in the highest order.
