A picture of a man identified as a Honourable member of the Nigeria lower chamber, House of representatives was shared today via the social media, spotted ridding bicycle as a result of fuel scarcity biting harder on a daily basis without abetting, in Nigerian cities.
However the Honourable identified as Loveth Idisi, representing Ethiope federal constituency in Delta state, is still being escorted by his security details, while taking the ride.
