Liberian President Mrs Ellen Johnson Sirleaf arrives Ikemba Ojukwu Square Owerri for the Unveiling of her Statue and presentation of award. It should be recalled that the President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma's statue was erected and unveiled in Imo State by Governor Rochas Okorocha last month.
