Earlier today, Compol Garba Baba Umar interviewed a lady who was arrested after dumping her one day old baby in the bush due to poverty in Onitsha area of Anambra state...Out of his magnanimity, the new Police Commissioner of Anambra state handed a huge amount of money to the young lady to carter for herself and the baby.
