Patrick Fasinu, who was a traditional leader of Owoland Community in Yewa South territory of Ogun State, has been executed and set burning.
Police said that Fasinu was severely killed out and about amongst Ijako and Isagbo in Oke-Odan region.
The Police PR Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the ruler was coming back to his group from Ilaro when he was assaulted.
Oyeyemi stated, "It was assembled that the ruler was coming from Ilaro yet dropped his driver some place in Owode and drove alone towards Owo just for him to be assaulted out and about where he was executed and set burning with his auto.
Concurring the PPRO, the police has set hardware set up to reveal the culprits of the offensive demonstration.
