A young fellow was shot dead now by men of the black world, around Tetlow Street by School Street Intersection, Owerri. The equipped looters appear to have followed him from some separation to the point where they shot him inside a Lexus RX 300 Jeep, seized him of his possessions and left him out in the pool of his blood.
