Nine people have been affirmed dead and others harmed following a fire occurrence at Calabar Free Zone undertaking, Esuk Utan People group, Cross River State.
The fire which influenced Linc Oil and Gas tank farm, near the Nigeria Ports Authority was allegedly activated by a flood of oil when the staff of the depot were releasing the old items in the tanks to fill in the new transfer.
The state Chief of Police, Mr. Hafiz Inuwa said the individuals who sustained wounds are right now being taken care of in one of the hospitals in Calabar.
