Big Brother Naija Season 7 Winner Claims Abortion is Common Among Women

Josephine Otabor, widely recognized as Phyna and the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 7, recently stated that it's quite common for women to undergo abortion at least once or twice in their lives.

The reality star, who had openly discussed her own experience with abortion while in the Big Brother House, revealed that some individuals attempted to use her past revelation to attack her after the show. However, she asserted that she refused to be bullied.

Phyna made these comments during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, where she shared her perspective on post-show experiences. She explained that upon exiting the Big Brother House, many people tried to gain attention by associating with her and that there was a significant amount of hype around her.

“When I was in the House, there was a conversation, everybody was talking.. Before I even come back to that. The issue of abortion, na who open up dem know, right? There’s no woman that can say she hasn’t done abortion once or twice.”

Recalling the Heated Altercation Between Phyna and Chichi at the "Level Up" Reunion

It's worth noting that Phyna and Chichi were involved in a fiery altercation during the "Level Up" reunion. The dispute escalated when Chichi referred to Phyna as an "abortionist."

In response, Phyna retaliated by accusing Chichi of being a divorcee who had left her husband and children in Benin to pursue a career as a stripper in Lagos. This exchange added to the intense drama during the reunion.
